If you have already gone through our online process to return, exchange or get store credit for you item please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Once your return is processed someone from our team will email you to confirm.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method.

Absolutely! If the size you need is available, we’ll process an exchange once your original item is received.

Our store does not offer discounts or promotions as part of our business model. However, we will include complimentary wallets and belts (with a wide variety of styles) with orders that meet certain criteria.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. You can also track your order anytime through your XXLV account.

Please check with your neighbors or family to see if they helped sign for your package. In addition, contact the delivery company to confirm the final location of the package. If the package is stolen by a stranger, we are sorry that we cannot provide more help. Please pay attention when the tracking number is available, and contact the delivery person to ensure that the package is not placed in a location where it is easy to be stolen.

As listed in our shipping policy,  items marked DELIVERED in the tracking we provide you we are not responsible for after the fact.  Unfortunately in our industry we are targeted for fraud often so we have to take this approve and we use the tracking and delivery companies to confirm delivery. 

All our products include free worldwide shipping and import taxes - the price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden fees.

We use a variety of methods to ship your items to be delivered to your doorstep. Due to the nature of our products, they are sometimes detected and rejected for export. This might mean that the original tracking number that was generated and emailed to you has been rendered invalid. Please reach out to us if you noticed any anomalies on your tracking status.
